10K Sport Holiday Camp will cover the following 3 programs, players will be able to choose the programs they wish to attend:

Shooter + Agility

Defence + Agility

Mid Court + Agility

The Holiday Camp is focused on developing core skills, combined with gaining game play experience. 

Players are exposed to training in the areas of:

Footwork – speed, agility and acceleration.

Passing – technique, vision and accuracy.

Defence – one on one, 3ft hands over and contesting first ball.

Attacking – attacking movements, decision making and timing.

Game Simulation.

Video review and analysis sessions.
